At that time I weighed 17stone, wasn’t very fit and was looking for a challenge. First month I was attending two sessions a week, second month I was attending 3 sessions a week and after a while I was attending 5 sessions a week…….I was hooked!!!! I knew this was what I needed and CrossFit was going to lead me to a healthier life.

I’ve competed in various CrossFit competitions around Ireland. I decided to do some coaching and decided this is what I wanted to do, I enjoy watching people progress and do something they once thought was impossible.

CrossFit has completely changed my life, I am fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been. Now I want to share the CrossFit methodology and the community spirit it creates with the people of Ballincollig and surrounding areas.
