In each one hour session you will learn essential warm-up/cool down exercises, the fundamental movements of CrossFit and a short CrossFit style workout at the end of each session. We will also provide you with some nutritional advice to take your training to the next level. Once you have completed the foundations course, you will have a good base to move into our general CrossFit classes.
